Belmont House is a grand historic home that dates to the mid-1800s. Sitting high atop Buccaneer Hill, Belmont House has spectacular views over Governor’s Harbour, the sea and beautiful sunsets.
Belmont House’s facade is dominated by its grand two-story veranda looking out across the harbour and beyond. Decorated by a renowned Italian Designer, this property features original hardwood floors, high ceilings and exquisite contemporary furnishing – many of which have been custom made. On the first floor is a large living room and spacious formal dining room with seating for eight people. The modern peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Two large bedrooms are located on the top floor with ocean views and direct access to the shared veranda. The master suite has a king-size bed and a large, luxurious, full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and a large en-suite bathroom with shower.
Belmont House shares a swimming pool with two other cottages located on the property.
Relax with a cocktail on the comfortable teak furniture of the grand veranda and enjoy the spectacular, 50-mile, 180-degree and sunset views.
