Exceptional Education Outreach (EEO) is a non-profit special education and literacy program that operates on Harbour Island and Eleuthera. EEO has partnered with the Bahamian Ministry of Education to create the first inclusive special education/ literacy programs and has changed the lives of children that otherwise would not receive this critically needed support.
EEO provides assessments that identify learning obstacles and track developmental progress. Our vision is to ensure that children with special needs have access to innovative educational programs.

Giving the gift of learning
Vision and hearing screenings are critical to giving a child the gift of reading and learning. Donations help the EEO make these screenings possible at an early age.
The EEO works to equip local teachers, parents and volunteers to assess students and remediate learning challenges.
